Water Iron Removers
ODZ-Type Water Deironing Units – An Effective Solution for Clean and Safe Water.
ODZ-type water deironing units are designed for water treatment, particularly for removing turbidity and iron compounds present in water in various forms. Using untreated water can lead to contamination of the installation with iron deposits.
The deironing process is carried out by aerating the water using an aspirator installed between the pump and the pressure tank, along with a spray nozzle located inside the tank. The water then passes through the filter media contained in the deironing unit. During the backwash cycle, contaminants are automatically removed, and the filter media restores its full effectiveness.
The filter media is not intended for nitrate removal and does not affect the bacteriological quality of water. Precipitated iron compounds are retained in the filter media and removed during the backwashing process.
Advantages of ODZ Water Deironing Units:
• High-quality workmanship
• Exceptional durability
• Safe for use and contact with drinking water (PZH Certificate)
• High efficiency
ODZ water deironing units are hot-dip galvanized inside and out.
They can only operate with galvanized tanks, e.g., HVP / HVP SLIM / HVP L – horizontal.

SPRAY NOZZLE

Definitely yes. Without a water analysis, it is not possible to properly select the iron remover, the filter media, or the aeration system.
